Kinesiology is sometimes known as the science of muscle testing, and is a gentle non-invasive way of trying to work out what is happening in the body to cause the presenting symptom(s).

Kinesiology is truly holistic, in that it considers emotional, structural, energy and nutritional aspects of health, it identifies the causes of ill health and treats the symptom(s).

All treatments are performed fully clothed, and Kinesiology is suitable for people of any age, including babies.

Whilst Kinesiology can be particularly useful for back and digestive problems, it is also useful in treating a whole range of other issues, such as those relating to skin, headaches and migraines, tiredness, hormonal issues, diet, arthritis, asthma, sleeping and weight.
